This event is going to be very different from the last two expo’s!
It is a one-day retreat taking place in a beautiful park in San Francisco, in a private picnic area with breathtaking views. There is even going to be FREE parking, pretty hard to imagine in SF right?
The event will consist of fitness classes, food demo’s, and talks, and will even include breakfast, lunch, and snacks!
The event is limited to 30 participants. This will ensure that everyone gets personalized attention.
The event will be all outside, so please dress accordingly by wearing layers, bringing a water bottle, wearing a hat and sunscreen, and bringing a yoga mat if you have one (optional but recommended).
