Lacey will be playing double duty as Judge & Chef that night!
Lacey graduated Summa Cum Laude in English literature and French from Gonzaga University. Her studies included a one-year intensive on both French language and cuisine in Paris. After college, she worked in the software industry before returning to her true passion: food. She attended The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Seattle and enjoyed a stint at award-winning Seattle dessert shop Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery. Lacey embraces healthy, plant-based eating (with some indulgent desserts thrown in) and feels like she has found her home in the natural foods industry working for Field Roast.
She will be preparing yummy apps for the pre-competition reception, stay tuned to find out the menu!
