Microblogger, dancer, LGBT rights advocate, animal rights activist, and culinary explorer, eating his way through the vegan world.

Born in New Orleans and raised in Costa Rica to Taiwanese immigrant parents, George was immersed in the culinary world at a very early age as the official recipe tester at his parents’ Latin Asian fusion restaurants. Since then, he has gone on to travel to 27 different countries and almost all of the United States exploring different types of vegan cuisines and sharing his findings through social media. His current project, 365 Days of Dance, explores the relationship between dance and happiness through daily videos.

George studied improv at Second City Chicago and brings to us his quick wit and comedy to this panel of judges. As his Grindr and Tinder profiles state: he really loves Selena, the Golden Girls, tattoos, eating breakfast for dinner, asking why there are no vegan options at every place he goes, not having to do laundry, and social justice.
