Health and Wellness is my passion
My name is Bijal, I am a food enthusiast, blogger, a home chef and a vegetarian. I learnt cooking from my mom and various books and online blogs, and have never had any formal training. I specialize in Indian food, but I love experimenting with fusion food. I blog at my-rasoi-adventures.blogspot.com.
Deidra Bagdasarian is a pastry chef and the co-founder of Bliss Edibles, a Bay Area medical cannabis bakery. She became a vegan in 2011 and loves the shift in perspective it’s given her about the value of life. She immediately began experimenting with whole food, vegan ingredients and has loved adding more compassionate, wholesome treats to her bakery’s menu. She has perfected some great gluten free, sugar free, vegan baked treats that are in-detectibly healthy in their decadence. She is eager to share her vegan sandwich skills with the bay area vegan community. She lives with her family near Grass Valley, CA.
Daniela has loved cooking and baking since I was little, and after going vegan earlier this year I have started experimenting even more with food. I love to cook for others, and enjoy pretty much every cuisine, but Italian food is my specialty.
